Job Coach

Our participants need more than technical knowledge in order to achieve the goal of a successful integration in the labour market. That’s why our program includes coaching during the internship phase. Each participant is accompanied by one volunteer Job Coach.

Why

Our experience shows: Our participants need more than technical skills to succeed in the workplace. A job coach accompanies them during their internship and supports them to achieve their social and professional integration.

How

Meet, choose and get matched with a coachee (from your region). Exchange with them regularly during their internship, join monthly company meetings and help them achieve their goals.

What we offer

Learn and grow personally through the exchange with your coachee – someone with a wealth of experience from another culture. Gain knowledge and professional skills through the coaching trainings and professionally-led support.

What we're looking for

You are well-integrated into the Swiss labor market
You like working with people of diverse backgrounds
You are available for approx. 4-5h/monthly hours for min. 6 months

How our Program Works

Matching

Start

Meet all Participants (group activities style, in a fun atmosphere) and be matched by the end of the 3-month Bootcamp.

Get Ready

Internship

Get ready with a kickoff workshop and start meeting your Coachee, ideally once a week throughout the internship.

Meet

Internship

Join your Coachee at a company meeting every month and support them in their successful collaboration.

Exchange

Internship

Exchange and get trained with regular coaching workshops and intervisions (optional, over lunch / evenings).

Future

Goal

Support your Coachee in working out a perspective at the internship company and creating a solid base for their professional path.
