Our participants need more than technical skills to succeed in the workplace. We’re regularly looking for social & business skill trainers and workshop leaders to offer in-person or online workshops to our participants or alumni.

Facilitate a workshop for our participants (typically during work hours) or alumni (typically during evening hours), online or in Bern/Lausanne/Zurich.

You are passionate or experienced to deliver a specific training (e.g. career development, building a professional network, effective communication, psycho-social wellbeing, and various more)
